We are looking for a motivated casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at The Cumberland in Pascoe Vale. You'll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
A new chapter begins at The Cumberland. Located on Cumberland Road in Pascoe Vale, The Cumberland is the reimagining of the former Pascoe Vale RSL â built around the idea of a true neighbourhood pub where locals can gather, share a drink and feel at home.
While our doors are open, this is just the beginning. The venue is evolving, with new dining experiences, refreshed spaces and a renewed focus on community still to come.

What will my duties include?
- Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
What we are looking for:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
